Zooey Deschanel Tried to Not Get Overwhelmed Writing a Song for Winnie the Pooh

Let’s face it; Disney has had some great animated films over the years. With those movies have been so equally fantastic soundtracks. No wonder Zooey Deschanel had to keep herself from becoming overwhelmed with the task of writing a song for the recently Winnie the Pooh movie. “So Long”, the song Deschanel decided to write for Winnie the Pooh, is played at the closing credits of the movie. She says that the song is about the love that friends share.
Although she would love to be nominated and win an Oscar for the song, one of the things Deschanel would also like to the do is meet to of the masterminds behind some of the classic and beautiful Disney toons. According to an article from the Baltimore Sun, Deschanel would love to meet Richard and Robert Scheman, the brothers that composed songs like: Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”, “Chim Chim Cher-ee”,”Winnie the Pooh”,”The Wonderful Thing About Tiggers”,”Heffalumps and Woozles”, and other great songs.
